This course is designed for orthopaedic educators, residency program directors, instructional course chairs, and other orthopaedic surgeons responsible for resident education. The accelerated five-day program keeps you on the cutting edge of today's most important educational developments. Interactive sessions, lectures and problem solving exercises give you the tools to facilitate resident learning, evaluate resident and program goals and problems, and address important considerations in academic faculty career development.
