The 2nd motivation why tourists choose to visit Rajasthan is its cuisine. This figure represents the origin Dinner Hall of Galician Gastronomy and Tourism, a fair that reaches its thirteenth edition of 1 to 5 February 2012.
Lunch brings thousands of people, transforming the site of a major Expourense restauraciónn center.
At 8,000 square meters covered, recréanse a score of restaurants with all luxury of details and services. The goal is twofold: to raise the raw materials with which to prepare their menus and promote the quality and service provision. Kitchens and dining rooms offer a spectacular image thanks to careful preparation and decoration of dishes.
Besides the promotion of food, lunch is also the meeting point of the tourist resources of the regions participating in the lounge. Without leaving the Fairgrounds, visitors can learn about the natural attractions, architectural, historical and, of course, gastronomy, from different geographical points promoted by public bodies (municipalities, provincial, padroados tourism, etc..) That come from this meeting throughout Spain and Portugal.
For both professional and general public for organized activities such as lectures, literary presentations, art exhibitions, educational workshops on the preparation of liqueurs, cheeses and other products Tasting courses and free tastings, among many others.
The attraction has lunch for the general public is beyond doubt in view of the results of surveys conducted: Menus achieved a satisfaction rate higher than 80% and 95% of visitors intend to repeat. It is also a benefit event for the sector itself, as people who visited Lunch, 35% were professionals.
