The fourteenth annual IITC is sponsored by the IEEE Electron Devices Society as a premier conference for interconnect technology. It IITC provides a forum for professionals and researchers in semiconductor processing, advanced materials, equipment development, and interconnect systems to present and discuss exciting new science and technology.
The 2011 Conference will be held in conjuction with the Materials for Advanced Metallization Conference (MAM)and will take place at the International Congress Center in Dresden, Germany. This will be the first time the conference will be held in Europe.
