The Children's Book Fair is for the city of Bologna an important opportunity to host cultural events dedicated to books and literature for children and young adults.

From exhibitions to workshops, guided readings from the meetings with authors, many initiatives have been hosted in the city in the days around the fair, proposals to offer children, parents, families valuable opportunities for exchange, encounter, knowledge, fun. All this makes the city of Bologna Children's Book, a program organized by BolognaFiere in cooperation with the Municipality of Bologna, its institutions and municipal libraries, which will transform the city before and during the fair in a place completely dedicated to children and young readers.
