MTE 2014 Continues to Search for the Next Crop of Technocrats, Innovators and Designers!

The 13th edition, Malaysia International Technology Expo (MTE) 2014 returns to the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), from 20 – 22 February 2013. Over 400 inventions and innovations were shown at last year’s trade show. MTE 2014 is set once again to create wider exposures, market opportunities and a new phase for the event, which are beneficial to the exhibitors.
This year MTE 2014 is introducing “Asia Youth Innovation Awards” and a new show, “Leap to Commercialization” into its mix. The event brings together technocrats, innovators,
designers, start ups and entrepreneurs to showcase, connect and introduce their work to the public and targeted trade visitors. Covering a wide industry base, it also aims to bring about research collaborations for the cradle projects, and commercialization for the new or near complete innovations.

The exhibition will be the perfect platform for cradle projects, prototypes of innovative products, technologies and/or solutions for the agriculture, information, environmental, healthcare and life science sectors. “Leap to Commercialization” the new show held concurrently, will be the launch pad for startups, small & medium businesses and entrepreneurs. All entries for the Awards will be assessed by a panel of judges from various industries onsite at the event. This is to ensure a fair and open assessment for ALL the entries.
