Geospatial Intelligence Middle East 2010
April 11 - 14, 2010
Kuwait City , Kuwait
As you know, information and intelligence requirements are at an all time high and with national security of paramount importance, the need to establish greater interoperability and data sharing is essential.
Geospatial intelligence is a vital tool for defence and security organisations, but during our extensive research we have found that even though it is being extensively used in the region, interoperability and integration across the Middle East could still be significantly enhanced.
With this in mind, I am delighted to announce the dates and location for the 3rd annual Geospatial Intelligence Middle East conference. GIME 2010 will be held between the 11th-14th April 2010 in Manama, Bahrain.
Presentations and discussions will tackle key issues including:
* Enabling effective interoperability to integrate civilian and military geospatial intelligence capabilities
* Overcoming stovepipes to create cross-command situational awareness
* Building effective enterprise architectures to allow instant access to data in an interoperable environment
* Benchmarking against international geospatial standards
* Assessing the latest technology solutions and how to implement them
