FSTEC-Foodservice Technology Conference and Showcase 2011

More than 700 foodservice technology executives gathered at the Long Beach Convention Center on February 21-24, 2010 for the 15th Annual FSTEC. Attendees were enlighted on topics ranging from social media and consumer facing technology to unique foodservice technology deployments and what's next in restaurant technology.
