WELCOME TO NAMMA BENGALURU
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we invite you to the 21st Annual Conference of Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine - Criticare-2015 in Bangalore from the 4th to 8th March, 2015.
The theme of the conference is Quality | Outreach | Austerity - Setting new frontiers.
We are delighted to be chosen as hosts for this annual event, largely through the whole hearted effort of critical care enthusiasts from Bangalore. Besides, the Bangalore Unit has won the “ISCCM Best Branch” award for the second year running, reflecting our commitment to set new benchmarks in Critical Care Academics.
The emphasis of our Conference shall be on quality. We believe that ensuring top quality will optimize care of the critically ill. In an era of burgeoning medical expenditure, the message of cost effective intensive care needs to be spread among our colleagues. Reaching out beyond the four walls of the Intensive Care Unit to offer care for sick patients elsewhere in the hospital is another important goal to aim for.
We invite specialists, trainees and paramedical staff working in all areas of acute care medicine to the Criticare-2015 conference and workshops in Bangalore and utilize them for academic and professional development. We believe the knowledge and wisdom gained will help deliver optimal care to our patients.
Bangalore is famous for its pleasant weather right through the year and has excellent connectivity by air, rail and road. The city is easily accessible from most international and national destinations. There is a host of top class hotels to choose from and travel within the city is generally hassle-free. Most of all, Bangaloreans are well renowned for their friendly and hospitable nature.
