The strong growth of African economies offers many business opportunities. At the same time, the continent is widely associated with risk.
Building on the success of the previous events, the 4th conference on Managing Risk in Africa will help companies to find the right balance between opportunity and risk. In doing so, it will consider the results of a recent KPMG study, which investigated the strategies and success factors of German companies in Africa. Two of the study´s main conclusions were:
• Risks are manageable and
• Cooperation with the right local partner is worthwhile
The conference will focus on examples of best practice and demonstrate what German companies can learn from successful African companies.
