For 14 years, the fair has been the business center where national and international suppliers exhibit their products and services for the food industry, hospitality and related industries. In 2012 had record attendance, with more than 5,000 professionals, from all parts of the country and the Americas.
This 2014 show will again host important activities such as Barista Challenge, Culinary Cup of the Americas and the Design Contest Award Hotels XHR. Karl Hempel, Exphore President said that these events taking place during the three days of the fair, are organized in order to provide added value to visitors.
