Exhibition project «HoReCa. RetailTech» opens his story in 1992 with the fair «BISTRO». In 1994-1995 years the thematic of the fair «BISTRO» was complemented by exhibitions "Beer", "Wines and Drinks", "Sweet Tooth" and the International contest-tasting of drinks.
The successful development and a high status of the event confirms of more than twenty-years history of the project and the quality label of the International Union of Exhibitions and Fairs of the CIS and the Baltic countries which is awarded for the high professional level of organization, special importance for the economy of the country and the development of foreign economic relations.
The development of the restaurant business in the Republic of Belarus shows new trends and sustainable development more than 15 years. Today in the Republic there are more than 12000 objects of public catering.
Active cooperation with European countries in this segment was the impetus for the discovery of new opportunities in this sphere, using modern food technology of cooking and technological modernization of public catering.
The most attention pays an offer of serving, decorating and interior design. Modern hotels are the main consumers of cleaning services, entertainment and sports equipment, automated control systems in the hospitality industry.
