Health Ingredients (Hi) / Safety and Technology (S-tec) Japan is Asia’s largest ingredients trade show. Heightened awareness of health issues among Japanese consumers and receptiveness to innovative products and health concepts means that Japan is at the forefront of the development and commercialisation of health foods, nutraceuticals, cosmeceuticals, natural and organic foods. Hi / S-tec Japan is the annual showcase and meeting place for this rapidly growing market phenomenon and has been continuing to be the leading trade show in the food, supplement and consmeceutical industries. Hi Japan features functional ingredients, natural food ingredients, organic ingredients, food additives, cosmeceuticals, substances for supplements and contract manufacturing services. S-tec Japan features production quality-control technology, new food production technology, analysis, monitoring equipments, environmental protection, food-products-manufacturing-related equipments and packing.
This year will be the 24th anniversary. There will be approximately 600 exhibitors and 40,000 visitors. 350 exhibitor presentations will be held at the site and several foreign pavilions, such as South Korea, China, USA, Canada, Australia, Finland, Europe, Taiwan, and GOED Omega-3, are going to be at this show.
