The Future Leaders Forum programme jointly run by IMEX, MPI (Meeting Professionals International) and MCI, has been developed to encourage the best and brightest students to enter the meetings and incentive travel industry. Over 5400 students have passed through the programme since its launch in 2003, attending one of 81 Forums worldwide. 90% have said they are more likely to enter the industry as a result.
