EXHIBITION OF ENGINEERING EQUIPMENT «Housing and public services: utilities and supply lines» - ECIS 2012

International exhibition of housing and communal services - Engineering and Construction Infrastructure of the South of Russia- ECIS will take place on 16-18 October 2012 in Krasnodar.

Krasnodar region’s construction industry remains an important sector of the regional economy, with great potential. Construction provides industry, agriculture, transport, communications and municipal services with fixed assets, and creates production capacity. The prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation between the Krasnodar region and Russian and international partners largely depend on its success. Today, construction is a high priority for the government. This should ensure the further effective development of the construction industry in the Krasnodar region.

The government is giving special attention to preparing the region’s residential and industrial sector for the 2014 Winter Olympics. The federal programme comprises a package of measures, including the complete replacement of all critical utilities: the construction of trunk pipelines, autonomous gas supply systems and electricity supply systems; and the creation of new transport and infrastructural systems and facilities that fully comply with international standards, taking into account the huge inflow of tourists expected for the Sochi Olympics.

Exhibition of engineering equipment - ECIS 2012 is designed to assist the implementation of the government’s programme to develop construction infrastructure, utility lines and networks, water and sewage systems, architectural building design and more in the Southern Federal District; and establish mutually beneficial cooperation between construction companies, investors, designers, utilities services, architects and industry professionals.
