In producing Heirloom's Rubber Stamp and Paper Arts Festivals, our goal is to offer events
that will delight our crafting patrons with a broad array of exceptional exhibitors, as well as offering our
exhibitors a good financial return on their sizable investment of time, money and effort. Occasionally,
circumstances arise that make it impossible to produce a festival that will meet the high standards of our
customers, exhibitors, and of Heirloom Productions, and we are faced with the unpleasant task of canceling
