AIA Wisconsin is the statewide society of The American Institute of Architects. With over 1,450 members, AIA Wisconsin represents architects in private practice, business, industry, government and education, as well as interns, allied professionals and students. Its mission is to serve members, advance their value and improve the quality of our built environment.
With the Wisconsin Architects Foundation, AIA Wisconsin has successfully coordinated numerous public outreach programs including annual design awards program , an "architecture summer camp" for high school students, announcements on public radio, publication of Wisconsin Architect magazine, leadership training and appointment of members to state and local government boards and commissions.
With headquarters in the historic Joseph J. Stoner House near the State Capitol in Madison, Wisconsin, AIA Wisconsin serves as the hub that links the four local AIA Chapters in each quadrant of the state into a supportive network.
