Zukunft Personal 2011

In 2000, the HRM Expo opened its doors publicly for the first time. Back then the exhibition dedicated itself to topics such as online job markets, personnel leasing, recruiting strategies and motivating compensation strategies with 70 exhibitors, two practical forums panels, and more than 25 lectures. With 2,426 visitors, we achieved a large success. The exhibition has made the Convention Center in Cologne, Germany, its permanent location.

Much has changed in the past 12 years. The HRM Expo will take place for the 12th times in 2011. As the largest HR exhibition in Europe, recognized not only by its size, but also through diversity and quality. Our main goal was to offer the visitors an exciting portfolio that could rival any congress. Since 2007, a jury of industry recognized experts decides which lectures and speeches will be presented at the exhibition thus putting our topics always up to date. There is no room for one-sided biased presentations. Instead we emphasize best practice presentations from which each visitor may learn and gain maximum benefit from. Furthermore, we also demand the same requirements in our discussion panels, of which we have more than twenty. Every attendee can draw his own conclusions from these controversial discussions and apply them to his unique work environments.
