The second exhibition for students training + study "Opportunities in Stuttgart will take place on 15/16. July in the Carl-Benz-Arena in Stuttgart. On both days of the fair student counselors, personnel managers and trainees to inform students seeking the 2011 their schooling.
About 45 schools of general education from Stuttgart and surrounding area are cared for in the 2009/10 school year at the Stuttgart-organizational team and prepared for the student exhibition. Expected are around 1,800 young people who attend the event with interviews and can be firmly grounded in approximately 50 companies, universities and vocational schools on training and study advice.
In addition to pre-booked one-time spontaneous conversations can be conducted. There is also the opportunity to learn in short talks on specific occupations and study requirements and to obtain useful application tips.
The end of February 2010 to begin the school visits for the "Opportunities in Stuttgart. The students are the educational services of the exhibitors to present personally in the classroom. Interested students can register their professional interests according to individual, mandatory counseling sessions. Received 14 days before the event, students and exhibitors the dates and can thus be optimally prepared for the 20-minute conversation.
The Federal Education Minister Prof. Dr. Annette Schavan has become the patron.
The concept of the show has proven itself many times in so far IfT ten years work. It is the initiative "Germany - Land of Ideas" is selected for the year 2010 was one of the excellent ideas. The initiative is supported by the Federal Government and the German economy. The patron is Federal President Horst Köhler.
