autoClassico PORTO 2011

Exponor will host the ninth edition of the autoClássico PORTO, International Classic and Vintage Car and Motorcycle Exhibition between 30 September and 2nd October 2011. As a commercial initiative the exhibition began in 2003 and has continued to grow ever since.

The first edition held in October 2003 included a hundred exhibitors and was visited by over 25,000 people from all over the Iberian Peninsula. In 2010 for the eighth edition a total of 300 exhibitors presented displays to over 40,000 people.

The autoClássico PORTO is a guaranteed success; the excellent reception from the general public, the opinions published in specialized media, the numerous commercial operations that take place during the exhibition and the real interest exhibitors have in participating, all more than demonstrate the fact.

The Organization of the ninth edition already predict that the show will once again occupy the whole exhibition centre: over 42,000 m2 covering five pavilions and shopping gallery annexes.

autoClássico PORTO 2011 will be split into four main areas: cars and motorcycles, associations and clubs, a spare parts market, accessories and publications, and a host of parallel activities.

The event is being organized by Eventos del Motor, a company with a wide experience and great knowledge of the sector, and who have been responsible for exhibitions held in Vigo, Sevilla, Valencia, Zaragoza and Málaga, the Salón Nacional de la Moto de Jerez (lit. the Jerez National Motor Show), the Topcar & Classic Festival, and the travelling “El Automóvil del Futuro” exhibition etc. Once again Eventos del Motor will have the invaluable collaboration of Exponor for the exhibition.
