The IEEE Communications Society will hold its 2010 flagship conference International Communications Conference (ICC2010) in Cape Town, South Africa. This will be the first time that ICC has been held in Africa and with Cape Town being voted one of the most beautiful cities in the World, this promises to to be an exceptional conference.
