AMB - International Exhibition for Metal Working 2010

Many new records were set at the AMB 2008, underlining its status as a leading event in Germany’s metal-working and processing industry. The new trade fair site and its visitor-friendly product presentations played a key role in securing this market position. Exhibitors and visitors benefi ted from a number of unique factors, which helped to enhance the effi ciency of the event: optimum transport links to the airport and motorway, an S-Bahn suburban train connection to Stuttgart’s main station and the city centre, generous parking facilities next to the exhibition halls and the short distances between the halls. The direct lines of access coupled with a tight logistical framework simplifi ed the setup and disassembly processes for exhibitors.

Visitors to the AMB are not only attracted to the broad selection of products and services on display. The varied programme of supporting events also offered something for everyone: from the young professional to the experience specialist – from basic information to outlooks for the future. 

As one of the world’s most prominent economic areas, the high-tech region Baden- Wuerttemberg was given an internationally aligned and prestigious shop-window to present its products and services.
