Astana Build 2009

Over the past 10 years, AstanaBuild has become a significant industry-wise event not only in North and Central Kazakhstan but also in the Central Asian Region on the whole. In 2005, AstanaBuild was approved by UFI, the major exhibition association, and in 2007 successfully passed an international exhibition audit check. For several years already, AstanaBuild has been a parade of advanced technologies, its expositions features the latest achievements of domestic and foreign construction industry in the field of building and finishing materials. About 70% of AstanaBuild foreign exhibitors have already occupied their niche in the market of Kazakhstan and successfully implement their projects. AstanaBuild is officially supported by the Committee for Construction and Housing Utilities under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana City Akimat, and CIS Architects Union International Association. Annual contest for the best stand design – BEST STAND. Presentations of new development programmes carried out by government structures and organisations. The Professional Recognition Contest, Nomination: Innovation in Kazakhstan’s Construction Market, 2008-2009. Thematic workshops, presentations and conferences by exhibiting companies.
