The Monte Carlo Travel Market (MCTM), Prestige Travel & Luxury Lifestyle Exhibition, successfully established among the tourism industries worldwide events, is an exclusive exhibition dedicated to B2B and B2C on a high-scale.
The show takes place annually, every January in Grimaldi Forum exhibition centre under the high patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco.
Set in the strategic location of Monaco, this venue provides an exceptional platform in terms of promotion for companies within not only the heart of Europe, but moreover on an international basis.
Thursday 14th January 2010 :
- 16.00 to 18.00 (sharp) : Exhibition centre open only for exhibitors; Possibility to visit your exhibition space and collect all additional documentation and material prior to official opening of the event.
Friday 15th January 2010 :
- 9.00 to 10.00 (punctually) : Exhibitors only : Registration (Grimaldi Forum)
- 10.00 to 19.00 : Open to visitors
*Official Opening Ceremony : Time Depending on Monaco authorities
Saturday 16th January 2010 :
- 9.30 to 10.00 (punctually): Exhibition open to Exhibitors only
- 10.00 to 19.00: Open to visitors
- 20.30 : MCTM Official Dinner (upon invitation only)
Sunday 17th January 2010 :
- 9.30 to 10.00 (punctually): Exhibition open to Exhibitors only
- 10.00 to 18.00 : Open to visitors
- 18.00 : End of the show; all visitors are requested to leave the exhibition centre
- 18.00 to 18.30 : Exhibitors are required to remove all personal belongings as well as all documentation (brochures, posters, etc.) they wish to preserve.
