HR Metrics & Analytics Summit 2018

While a handful of trailblazing companies are doing amazing things with analytics, the vast majority of organizations have barely gotten off the ground, despite a broad consensus that analytics is a must-have in today’s business climate. While 71 percent of companies surveyed by Deloitte for its Human Capital Trends 2017 said analytics-driven HR are important (31 percent said “very” important), only 8 percent reported even having usable data!

It’s clear that metrics and analytics in HR is on the cusp of reinventing how HR does its business and that is only one of the reasons why the 19th HR Metrics and Analytics Summit, this February 26-28 in Orlando, is so important. These kinds of analytics are going ‘mainstream’ as executives continue to recognize its value. Organizations without analytics need to get off the sidelines -- or risk losing competitive advantage and being LEFT BEHIND.
