See you at Second Place Expo !

The fair is aimed at a very specific audience: the “mediors” (between juniors and seniors). It is usually two-income families (40 +) with higher than average net income and children have left home. It used to be that age group that was more likely to save, but now they want to enjoy. There is also a difference in the type of buyer: those who buy for pure holiday pleasure, others hope to find a spot where they finally go to emigrate and the third group sees the purchase as a pure investment. Just like last year the more traditional destinations such as France, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Turkey did very well.

Especially in Spain there were bargains to do. Reductions of more than 30% are no exceptions. Former Soviet bloc countries gain rapidly in popularity. More and more people discover this region and want to invest. But the United States, particularly popular for several years, was extremely popular with visitors. The southern green tinted pub and rest points made below for a real ‘Second Place’ feeling.
