The Gulf Environment Forum (GEF) is the Kingdom's only environmental event, spearheaded by the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment.
A combined conference and exhibition, GEF focuses on waste management, renewable energy, environmental technology and water/wastewater. In 2010 GEF was the first environment event to be held under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques His Majesty King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz and attracted royal and ministerial attendees as well as exhibitors from 23 nations.
