IEEE International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs (ISPD) 2011
ISPSD is the premier
forum for technical discussion in all areas of power semiconductor
devices, power integrated circuits, their hybrid technologies, and
applications. It is a truly international conference, rotating on a
three-year cycle among Asia, Europe, and North America. The 23rd
ISPSD will be held, for the first time, in beautiful San Diego,
California, USA.
The technical program committee has selected 95 papers from the 164 abstracts that were submitted. These technical presentations are divided into five general areas of interest: high-voltage devices (> 200V), low-voltage devices (< 200V), wide-bandgap devices (non-silicon), integrated power (processes, devices, and circuits), and packaging technologies.
ISPSD 2011 will include four days of oral presentation sessions. Each talk includes time for questions from the audience, and there are no parallel sessions, so attendees are able to listen to and discuss every paper. There is also an extended poster session, during which attendees can have one-on-one discussions with the authors of these papers.
