NTCA Regions 4 & 5 Meeting 2012

The National Telecommunications Cooperative Association (NTCA), "the voice of rural telecommunications," is the premier nonprofit association representing over 570 small and rural telephone cooperatives and commercial companies.
NTCA is a full-service association, featuring a highly effective government affairs program; expert legal and industry representation; a broad range of educational services; a comprehensive communications program with visibility in the media; and a well-rounded complement of industry events and an array of employee benefit programs.
