World Legal Systems & Contracts for Oil & Gas 2013

This will include a section that describes the economic terms related to oil and gas fiscal systems. After developing an understanding of the terms under which private organisations can conduct oil and gas development, the course will review the agreements that are entered into by private organisations for the joint development, processing and marketing of oil and gas.
