American Society of Colon & Rectal Surgeons 2013
April 27 – May 1 for the ASCRS Annual Meeting in Phoenix, AZ.The program will provide surgeons with up-to-date information relative to surgery of the colon and rectum with emphasis on patient care, teaching and research. The complete program, along with registration information, will be on the ASCRS website in early February.
GOALS
The goal of the Annual Meeting is to: (a) improve the diagnosis and treatment of patients with diseases and disorders affecting the colon and rectum and (b) improve the quality of patient care by maintaining, developing and enhancing the knowledge, skills, professional performance and multidisciplinary relationships necessary to provide services for patients, the public and the profession.
ACCREDITATION
The American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons (ASCRS) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuous medical education for physicians. ASCRS is responsible for the content, quality and scientific integrity of the CME activity.
