On the fourth weekend in October Werne is all about his famous Simon-Juda-market, the big and small have always been lovingly "Sim-Jue" call. A whole mass migration is on the four fair days on the road in the old Hanseatic city on the lip. Sim-Jue is the oldest documented occupied Freimarkt Westphalia, which has over the centuries developed into the largest and most important festival in sight. The main attraction are the many colorful mixed driving, amusement or, sales and game shops of showmen, over 200 in number
