Diversity & Inclusion has come a long way from the affirmative action laws of the 1960’s. With the U.S. Census Bureau projecting the workforce to continue to grow larger and more diverse, it is less about diversity and affirmative action and more about inclusiveness and having measurable results to make a strong business case for programs and initiatives.

Creating a truly inclusive organization requires support from the entire organization, including senior ranks.
