Fast Industrial Commercialization in Bangladesh and non-Non-ecological architectural construction in Infrastructural development has resulted in significant environmental damage over the last two decades in Bangladesh. Many organizations that have the ability and intention to modernize their business processes to eco-friendly solutions but lack information on technology and consultancy services available and also the high cost of capital prevents them from taking such initiatives.

Today, country want to stress the scope of Green Construction towards helping them in combating these two important issues. You all know how Dhaka’s economic dynamism acts as a magnet for migrants so it is fast reaching a choking point. Real Estate prices have skyrocketed, traffic congestion has become a problem and infrastructure and service delivery has become inadequate.

In answer to the Environmental and Energy Crisis, the developing countries are fast moving towards their goal to set up zero net energy buildings. This simply means a building will be environment friendly and energy efficient taking from the national grid and give back to it the same amount of energy over a period, such that the overall energy consumption from the national grid is zero. So theoretically speaking, the national grid will be more of a common national storage or energy-bank rather than a net energy producer. So a GREEN Building practice is necessary in our country right at this moment.
