Principles of Gastroenterology for the Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant 2013

Designed specifically for the diverse needs of the nurse practitioner and physician assistant in the GI practice, attendees will receive in-depth information on GI-specific clinical and practice management issues. In addition to didactic lectures, the program features case-based sessions on managing patients with conditions such as GERD, hepatitis B and C, functional bowel disorders and more. Information gained at the course can be immediately applied in both office and hospital settings.

New this year, attendees will have the opportunity to present cases from their own practice for the expert panel discussion. It will offer the opportunity to engage with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants from around the country. Attendees will hear directly from the experts on their thoughts and insight for delivering evidence-based, best practice patient care.
