The conference will be held under the forward looking motto "Changing perceptions, practice and policy" and we are counting on your involvement to ensure we provide a platform for truly innovative solutions in the support, care and treatment of people with dementia and their carers.

Changing practice is equally important and we will therefore focus on initiatives promoting early diagnosis and holistic care approaches, on staff training and attitudes and on services putting people with dementia at the centre from diagnosis to the end of life.
