The focus of this meeting will be case studies of successful routes of synthesis for drug substance/API. But the overarching theme will be how process chemists deal with the challenge of ‘fit for purpose’ process R&D. Can you have a process that is workable for early phase or pre-clinical supply demands that have short timelines while at the same time planning for more long term development strategies?
