The IEEE-EMBS Forum on Grand Challenges in Neuroengineering is aimed at conducting strategic discussions and debates open to and engaging the scientific community. All presentations will be invitation only and participation is limited. The outcome of the Forum shall answer questions including where are we, what are the major obstacles and challenges, and where should the field go in the next decade.
