Three years after adoption of "green tariff", which laid the foundation for creating of sustainable energy, through which Ukraine has become an industry leader in the region of the CIS and Eastern Europe, has formed a new set of questions and problems to be solved for further effective development, fulfillment of the conditions of Energy Community as well as increasing adaptability to manufacture and competitiveness of Ukraine.

At the same time, other CIS countries, such as Kazakhstan, Moldova are going to provide special conditions for forcing of sustainable energy projects development. Russian Federation is more progressive in legislation on energy efficiency in industry and also makes practical steps in the way of renewables development. Promising CIS market is changing and developing. It is going to become one of the new growing-points on the global renewable energy and energy efficiency solutions market in the world.
