Joint Symposium of the German Society of Traffic Psychology & the German Society of Traffic Medicine 2011

The theme of the joint event between our two companies will this time "misconduct as an accident factor - the criteria and methods of risk assessment" to be. We want to put the focus on the one hand, drivers who frequently tatauffälliges or by aggressive behavior or substance abuse pose a particular risk in traffic. In the course of demographic changes we encounter the other hand always the question of the older drivers who should be here added to the discussion of risk factors in different biographical phases. Reviews of technical support systems complete the picture.

In workshops, we will focus the development of assessment criteria, especially for tatauffällige drivers and discuss medical findings in the driving aptitude evaluation, including criteria for the assessment of older drivers. Substance abuse as a specific risk factor will also be the subject of a workshop.
