ICCBALI -2011 aims to provide a forum for presentation of new research results, demonstration of new techniques in the broad field of information systems, information technology, information management and legal issues in cyber laws, IT and IPRs in computer and business applications. The conference aims to bring together developers, users, academicians and researchers in the information technology, business community and the legal fraternity for sharing and exploring new areas of research and development and to discuss emerging issues facing business computers and legal issues in the knowledge economy.
