About the Event
MTA MALAYSIA is a must attend trade event of the year for companies looking to buy the vital manufacturing technologies they will need to remain competitive within the global market place. The show provides machineries, tools, solutions and services for the metalworking, engineering and manufacturing equipment industries.
The diversity of leading brands and cutting edge technologies exhibited at this world-class event have been attracting thousands of visitors yearly since it started back in 2003. Held alongside Metaltech, the combined size, strength and attractiveness of both shows consistently filled the Putra World Trade Centre with international exhibitors showcasing thousands of products and services. In MTA MALAYSIA2009,
900 companies from 30 countries / regions participated and filled over 25,000 sqm of floor space to meet the 17,371 high quality trade buyers who attended.
Now in its 7th edition, MTA MALAYSIA2010 remains the ONE and ONLY integrated platform where visitors can meet existing, new and future suppliers, find new technologies, discover new developments,
solve problems and discuss expansion plans with experts from the industry at a single event.
Moving forward amidst economic uncertainties, the “Machinery and Equipment Industry (M&E) under the Third Industrial Master Plan (IMP3) of 2006-2020, is projected to further expand in tandem with the continued growth of major economic sectors – in particular the manufacturing and agriculture sectors.
