We are pleased to announce the Israeli Publicly Traded Companies and DC Finance's “Going Public Abroad” conference, which will take place at the Sheraton City Tower hotel in Ramat Gan, Israel on June 28th. The conference is Israel's largest IPO conference and is attended by hundreds of CEOs and CFOs considering going public or raising capital abroad.
This year the conference will also include our "Annual Underwriting Conference" that covers the different aspects of raising capital in the Israeli market and therefore the agenda will be divided into two sections – "Going Public Abroad" and "Raising Capital in Israel". Combining the conferences guarantees a larger number of guests who are also potential clients for the international service providers.
Israel is one of the most significant countries in the world in terms of the number of companies going public on international stock exchanges. It is the largest foreign issuer on the NASDAQ as well as one of the largest issuers in London.
Hundreds of participants have attended the Going Public Abroad Conferences; altogether more than 2,000 people have attended the last three events. As in Each year, the conference covers the world of public offerings from a number of different angles – what are the opportunities currently facing Israeli companies in both the domestic and foreign markets, whether a new window of opportunity has opened, what is the significance of the latest wave of corporate bond issues, the reawakening of the primary market on the TASE and foreign exchanges, legal and accounting aspects of offerings in Israel and overseas, what different exchanges offer, and much more.
