Microbiome / Microbiota R&D and Business Collaboration Forum 2014

Research into the Microbiome is having an impact on our understanding of a whole host of medical conditions. From arthritis to cancer, diabetes to obesity and organ development to mental health; microbiome studies are finding all kinds of connections and influences. These influences include not just the onset of disease but also prevention, cure and the interplay between these beneficial microbes and the drugs & other therapies used for treatment.

As a result, discoveries about the microbiome have the potential to impact the whole of the Pharma and Biotech world, not just in R&D but also in the pre-clinical/clinical, strategic and regulatory aspects of the industry.

It is in this context that the Microbiome/Microbiota R&D and Business Collaboration Forum, is being held in London on 28 & 29 April 2014.
