Vibration analysis has been one of the most important techniques in predictive maintenance that is proved to enhance the performance and run life of critical devices and equipments for various industries. This workshop is served to present a comprehensive training for technicians and engineers who are dealing with vibration analysis and condition-based monitoring program to maintain good machinery performance. Topics covered include a solid introduction to machinery vibration analysis and condition monitoring activities, the ISO compliant techniques vs real life experience in vibration control as well as important factors and parameters in understanding machinery performance, data collecting, processing and practical equipment fault analysis for trouble shooting and effective corrective actions.
About the Course Facilitor:
The Course Facilitator is the President of Vibration Analysts, Inc., a company started in 2000 and which has grown to include regional offices in Washington, Nevada, Utah, Kansas, Alabama, and Illinois. He has an ISO Category-IV Vibration Certification and over 30 years industry experience. He also has a Level-II Thermography Certification and is recognized as a Centrifugal Pump Component Specialist.
His experience includes Vibration Analysis, Fan Balancing, Advanced Component Testing and Troubleshooting, Multi-channel Testing, as well as Database Creation, Maintenance and Optimization.
