ZEPS Intermetal - International Metal Fair 2011

8th International Metal Fair ZEPS Intermetal 2011, as a unique promotional and business event in this part of Europe, will be held this year along with the General BH Fair ZEPS 2011 on the venue Kamberovića polje in Zenica, from 04 to 09 October 2011. The reason is the negative impact of the global economic crisis on the metal industry in the region that gravitates to this international fair.

However, the predictions show that over this strategic sectors of economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina are no longer as heavy nor black clouds. Production intended for export in the previous year increased by almost the entire third, indicating a rapid recovery of metal market, primarily in the European Union. This applies in particular to manufacture for the automotive industry as the dominant consumer of metal. Hence the expectation that during Interemetal again increase the interest in machines and tools for metal procesing and other components of this production cycle.

In the construction sector, which is now in the second "half" of the crisis,and under the greatest impact, first steps are believed to be maid toward succes, with overt expectations of the opening of public works, especially in the central part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, such as the continuation of construction of Corridor 5C, hydroelectric power plant Vranduk near Zenica, and power plant in Zenica itself, etc.
