The SOURCE Exhibition and Taste of the West Trade Show in 2010 saw an increase in size of more than 25% from last year and provided the perfect professional platform in the South West for food and drink producers, and service providers.
Between the SOURCE Exhibition and the Taste of the West Trade Show, buyers saw, sampled and ordered a wide selection of the region’s finest produce, alongside a selection of UK and International food and drink suppliers. There were also companies showing a range of services such as packaging, labelling, refrigeration, EPOS, shopfitting, design, accountancy, recruitment and training.
