Its position is an excellent starting point in facilitating the Central Tourism Event to surpass the national borders and become the leading Tourism Event of the countries connected in the Alpe-Adria region.
The doors of the largest tourism event in Slovenia closed on Sunday afternoon. This year, the Tourism and Leisure Show and the Boat Show hosted 150 exhibitors from 13 countries and were visited by 13,000 people. At the Press Centre of the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre, 226 media representatives were accredited. Hungary, Greece and Tunisia presented themselves as foreign destinations for the first time at this year’s TIP. The domestic and foreign offer of tourist destinations was complemented by the presentation of ideas for actively spent leisure time and a lively accompanying programme. Next year’s event will take place from 27th to 30th of January.
