Our 2-part-workshop will teach you everything you need to know to stay safe online. 2-part workshop: Tuesdays 31 January and 7th February 2017, 10.30am - 12pm. Cyber threats are more numerous now than ever and being hacked can have devastating consequences on a person. If you are interested to learn how to protect yourself, this two-part workshop will teach you everything you need to know. Speaker Jeremy Bokobza - who has 11 years' experience in software engineering - will cover topics such as passwords, encryption, Wi-Fi, malware, spam and scams, social engineering, privacy, and what to do if you have been hacked. This workshop will include demos, stories and the opportunity to ask questions. Open to all ages and all levels of knowledge. FAQs: Who's the workshop for? It's for everybody but people with no deep knowledge of technology will get the most out of it. The material is delivered in simple terms that everyone can understand.
