A one-day seminar on practical innovation intended to provide core innovation theory and best practice techniques, as well as sharing of "real life" examples and lessons learned. Practical theory sessions will be delivered by Rod Howells from NHS Innovation South West (NISW) and discussion sessions supported and facilitated by Angus Donald and Mike McMillan from NISW. Rod has worked with over 60 NHS organisations over the last ten years, delivering NISW’s bespoke and accredited training programmes and supporting NHS staff to innovate successfully.
