Effective Data Visualisation – Scotland 2015

This course will give delegates the necessary skills to visualise their data & to turn raw data into infographics, presentation slides, dashboards or reports that tell a story & drive the right action. The public sector has to manage a greater volume of data than they have ever had to before. Globally we create 2.5 quintillion bytes of data a day, and 90% of the world’s data has been created in the last two years. There is pressure to harness this resource, whether to improve efficiency, or increase transparency. When presented in the right way, data can be a powerful way to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external audiences.
